Mike and Rachel’s vision for they’re wedding was simple and elegant they really wanted the venue to be the main attraction. They love the mountains and really wanted it feel like they were secluded deep in the mountains so they chose The Ritz Carlton Bachelors Gulch and it was beautiful. Rachel wore a beautiful Vera Wang dress and made her own beautiful all white peony bouquet. They kept it small and intimate with only a best man and maid of honor by their sides. I shot the first look on a beautiful ski run bridge and we followed it up with their photos in a stunning aspen filled ski run. The ceremony was so beautiful out side on the skier bridge lawn and at the reception guests were served rack of lamb or elk steak. Mike and Rachel wanted some of their center pieces to reflect the home they are getting ready to buy so the put out items that were going to be in their new home. They had a beautiful all white candy bar for the guest to enjoy that they put together them selfs as well. We added some fun with a photo booth that their guests had a blast in. Over all Mike and Rachel did an amazing job a keeping it simple and elegant doing most of the details then selfs with a great mountain feel.

Lee and Erion are so great together! They wanted to do their engagement session in the city but wanted it to have a Colorado feel so I decided to start at the historic City Park and finish up at the court house in the heart of downtown. Erion and Lee live in Union City New Jersey just across the river from New York City and they will be traveling to Colorado in September to tie the knot at the Chatfield Botanical Gardens and I can’t wait. These two met a fun neighborhood bar in New York and just when Lee was going to leave her friends persuaded her to stay and she ended up taking with Erion till 4am, the rest is history. This wedding is going to be fun and stylish, a twist of New York in the beautiful fall setting of Colorado I can’t wait.

I thought the Denver Art Museum would be a great spot for Natalie and Matt’s engagement session just because Natalie loves art and works in a museum. Matt actually designs bridges and Denver has so many cool bridges so we also found our selfs on the Highlands bridge close to were Matt preposed to Natalie. This was a fun shoot and I know the wedding in June will be just as fun..
